When Mark is around, you may hear such words as: chick, hot, hot chick, yay, pinenuts, love pinenuts, miss the pinenuts. He's the Pinenut guy and can be a source of them. Just recently he has purchased a KG of pinenuts and our last lunch conversation started with "how-to-store-those-bad-boys".
